Shipping & Returns Made Simple at Daily Mobility Shop!

Hassle-Free Returns: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority At Daily Mobility Shop, we stand by the quality of every product we sell. However, we understand that plans may change. That's why we offer a straightforward 30 Day Return Policy, ensuring your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Returning an Item:

  • If you decide to return an item within 30 days after receiving your order, please email us at sales@DailyMobilityShop.com with your order number.
  • We'll provide detailed instructions to make the return process smooth and hassle-free.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • As our valued customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.

Processing Your Refund:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return item(s) at our warehouse, we'll promptly notify you via email that your return payment has been processed.
  • For a refund, the item(s) must return to our distribution center in "Like New" condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.

Damaged Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged, make an immediate note when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@DailyMobilityShop.com on the day of delivery.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll cover the shipping costs.

Cancellations:

  • To cancel an order, email or call our customer service team promptly to avoid return shipping fees.
  • Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after shipment follow our 30 Day Return policy and are subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • Product-specific return information and exceptions will be noted in the product descriptions.
  • Certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return.
  • We sell to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for their economic life. One-time or temporary use orders are not eligible for return.

Shipping Process:

  • We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, with delivery expected within 3-10 business days after order processing.
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email, confirming your purchase details and pre-authorizing your credit card.

Shipment Process:

  • Upon receiving your order, we'll verify stock levels within 7 days and process your card.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email. If you don't receive tracking information within 8 days, reach out to us at sales@DailyMobilityShop.com or call 850-920-7722.

Damages:

  • Inspect your item(s) upon delivery. Note any damage when signing or refuse delivery.
  • For concealed damage, contact us immediately with photos at sales@DailyMobilityShop.com, and we'll assist with claims.

Returns Policy:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. The unit must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds are subject to return freight shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-5 days, minus shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Clearance Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Shipping:

  • To return your product, a sales rep will send you the shipping instructions as they vary from product to product.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee:

  • Returned products will incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price, plus all associated shipping costs.

Cancellations:

  • Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a 10% admin fee. If the order has shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
