Yes, it arrives almost fully assembled. You’ll only need to plug in the joystick and unfold it—no tools required.

Can I bring this wheelchair on an airplane or cruise ship?
Yes. The 6.6AH and 10AH lithium-ion batteries are both airline and cruise approved. We recommend confirming with your carrier beforehand, but this wheelchair is designed specifically for hassle-free travel.

How do I charge the battery, and how long does it take?
You can charge the battery either while it’s installed or after removing it using the quick-release feature. The charging time is 6–8 hours, and you can use any standard home outlet.

What’s the driving range of the Phoenix wheelchair?
With dual 6.6AH batteries, you can travel up to 15.5 miles. With dual 10AH batteries, the range increases to 25 miles, depending on terrain and user weight.

Can I push the chair manually if the battery dies?
Yes. The Phoenix features manual freewheel mode. Simply turn off the power and disengage the motors using the levers on each wheel to push it like a standard wheelchair.

Is the joystick controller fixed to one side?
No. The joystick is detachable and reversible, so it can be installed on either the left or right armrest depending on the user's preference.

Yes. The 6.6AH and 10AH lithium-ion batteries are both airline and cruise approved. We recommend confirming with your carrier beforehand, but this wheelchair is designed specifically for hassle-free travel.

How do I charge the battery, and how long does it take?
You can charge the battery either while it’s installed or after removing it using the quick-release feature. The charging time is 6–8 hours, and you can use any standard home outlet.

What’s the driving range of the Phoenix wheelchair?
With dual 6.6AH batteries, you can travel up to 15.5 miles. With dual 10AH batteries, the range increases to 25 miles, depending on terrain and user weight.

Can I push the chair manually if the battery dies?
Yes. The Phoenix features manual freewheel mode. Simply turn off the power and disengage the motors using the levers on each wheel to push it like a standard wheelchair.

Is the joystick controller fixed to one side?
No. The joystick is detachable and reversible, so it can be installed on either the left or right armrest depending on the user's preference.

Clearance Items:
